CANCELLED – Summer Hunter Jumper Show

13 Jul - 16 Jul

Event Details

– EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED –

GMHA regretfully announces that due to the amazing amount of rain that Vermont has experienced over the last week, the July Summer Hunter Jumper Show has been cancelled.  Photos can be seen on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/greenmountainhorseassociation

We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause and appreciate your understanding.

Participants from the July show who held stall reservations are being given priority entry for stabling for the August Hunter/Jumper show being held August 17 – 20th.  Please let our secretary, Jennifer Eaton, know by no later than Friday, July 14th, if you would like to reserve stabling for the August show at jennifereaton17@gmail.com

The August show will run with the July schedule, extending the show by one day.  Move in and warm-ups will start on Wednesday, August 16th.  The GMHA website and Horseshowing.com will be updated to reflect this change.

Thank you for your understanding and we’ll be back in the saddle in no time!

Horse Health Requirements

GMHA requires a negative Coggins and proof of rabies vaccination within 12 months for each horse that comes on the property.  Rabies titers are accepted within one year of event date and must accompany a note from your veterinarian explaining the reason why the vaccine could not be administered.

Please note that the State of Vermont requires a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days or Exhibition Permit from the Vermont Agency of Agriculture’s Animal Health office for any horses entering the state. GMHA does not require these documents with entry, but the VT Agency of Agriculture may enforce these regulations at any time.
