Top Acres Farm, located 2 miles from GMHA on Fletcher Schoolhouse Road offers a spacious upstairs apartment with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and excellent wifi. The outdoor lawn space is available for use with picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view by walking the path up into the hayfields and sugarwoods. The owners, Mary and Carl McCuaig love giving tours of their sugarhouse and maple shop. Maple syrup is sold here as well as square baled hay.

We offer a range of sizes from gallons to 3.4 oz in jugs and decorative glass with our own unique label. The sap all comes from South Woodstock trees and boiled down into our delicious syrup here on our farm on Fletcher Schoolhouse Road. Call ahead to stop by the farm or to take a tour of our sugarhouse or maple shop. We also sell our products at the South Woodstock store.
