The 70th annual Junior Horsemanship Clinic is a premier Eventing & Horsemanship clinic in the northeast for youth riders ages 9-18, but we encourage all English riding disciplines to attend. Riders bring their own horses or ponies to camp and receive two quality mounted lessons and two unmounted lessons every day. Riders will school all three phases of Eventing: dressage, cross-country, and show jumping. Our professional staff and extensive facility make this an amazing opportunity!
Our facility of 93 acres includes:
- Four all-weather riding arenas with premium geotextile footing.
- Professionally designed cross-country courses offering fences at the Elementary, Starter, Beginner Novice, Novice, Training, Preliminary and Intermediate levels.
- Six permanent barns with stabling up to 196 horses.
- Youth Center facility for unmounted gatherings, catered events, and educational clinics.
GMHA has a rich history in Eventing having hosted horse trials for over 50 years!
A special thank you to Epic Food Truck / Mike Hammond, The Lazy Cow Ice Cream Truck, and Equi-Prep / Jamie Gornall for sponsoring our 2025 JHC t-shirts! T-shirt design by Chloe Nolan, Head Instructor

Rabies titers are accepted within one year of event dates and must accompany a note from your veterinarian explaining the reason why the vaccine could not be administered. In addition, vaccinations for influenza and rhinopneumonitis (EHV-1 & EHV-4) within six months of event dates are REQUIRED for each horse that comes on the property. These health documents must be submitted to event management prior to unloading.
