In accordance with Vermont state law and our commitment to safety and transparency, all participants in GMHA-sanctioned and non-sanctioned activities on GMHA grounds are required to complete and sign our Waiver and Assumption of Risk Form prior to participation.
This form outlines the inherent risks associated with equestrian sports and serves as a formal acknowledgment and release of liability.
✔️ This requirement applies to all individuals participating in activities on GMHA grounds, including:
- Competitors, riders & drivers
- Handlers & trainers
- Owners & volunteers
- Officials, vendors, and support personnel
- Spectators & visitors
🗓️ Waiver Submission Required for Each Event
Please download, complete, and return a signed Waiver and Assumption of Risk Form for each event before participating. A new waiver is required for every event, regardless of prior participation.
