STABLING NOTE…

Stabling on-site is limited for the Festival weekend.  If you are entering the one-day HT (all BN divisions & ON) on Friday, Aug 8th you can reserve stabling for Thursday, Aug 7th arrival starting at 12 noon; but you MUST depart Friday afternoon if you don’t have horses running in the weekend event at the higher levels.  Likewise, if you are entered in one of the weekend divisions, then your target arrival time on Friday, Aug 8th for FEI horses is 12 noon & after 4pm for NR-JN-T-M-P-I.  This will allow time for the one-day HT folks time to finish, strip their stalls, and depart.  Please reach out to Jill Bogert, Event & Stabling Manager if you have a large group coming from your barn that span all 3-days at Jill@gmhainc.org or call the office at (802) 457-1509 x207.  Please plan accordingly and reach out if you have any questions.

Horse Health Requirements

GMHA requires a negative Coggins and proof of rabies vaccination within 12 months for each horse that comes on the property.  Rabies titers are accepted within one year of event date and must accompany a note from your veterinarian explaining the reason why the vaccine could not be administered.

Please note that the State of Vermont requires a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days or Exhibition Permit from the Vermont Agency of Agriculture’s Animal Health office for any horses entering the state. GMHA does not require these documents with entry, but the VT Agency of Agriculture may enforce these regulations at any time.
