Check-in, 12:00 noon to 4:30pm. Evening arrivals can find their stall assignment on the porch and check-in Thursday morning.
Thursday, September 25
- Breakfast 7:30-8:30am in the Youth Center
- Trailer Ride briefing ON GMHA GROUNDS at 10am before heading to the Trailer Ride location. Lunch will follow the ride.
- Check-in for all other days 8:30-4:30pm at GMHA. Stabling chart will be posted.
Friday, September 26
- Breakfast 7:30-9:00am in the Youth Center
- Check-in for day riders 7:30-8:30am on the office Porch
- Pre-ride briefing 9:00am in the Youth Center. Ride out anytime before 10am
- Lunch on trail, 11:00am—1:00pm (weather permitting)
- Welcome gathering at the Vermont Horse Country Store – snacks, seasonal beverage and shopping with friends! Located next to the white Upwey barn.
Saturday, September 27
- Breakfast 7:30-9:00am in the Youth Center
- Check-in for day riders 7:30-8:30am on the office Porch
- Pre-ride briefing 9:00am in the Youth Center. Ride out anytime before 10am
- Lunch on trail, 11:00am—1:00pm (weather permitting)
- Dinner, 6:00pm-8:00pm, Youth Center with a guest speaker!
Sunday, September 28
- Breakfast 7:30-9:00am in the Youth Center
- Check-in for day riders 7:30-8:30am on the office Porch
- Pre-ride briefing 9:00am in the Youth Center. Ride out anytime before 10am
- Lunch at the Youth Center, 12:00 noon-2:00pm
