- Late registrations will not be accepted.
- Everyone must pre-register, there will be no day of registering.
- Registration Forms are accepted by mail, fax, email, online or in-person. You must fill out the form “completely” to enter.
- Registration Form, payments, coggins/rabies, and signed waiver must be included at the time entry is submitted.

Please Note!
One rider per horse
For safety, there should only be one rider per mount/horse. More than one person riding a horse will be asked to dismount.
Juniors
Juniors age 15 & under must be accompanied by an adult while on trail.
Children & Pets
Non-riding family are always welcome at GMHA. Minors must have supervision on the grounds while you are out riding. Pets must be leashed or otherwise confined for the safety and courtesy of everyone. Please clean up after your dog on the GMHA grounds and dispose of in our many trash receptacles (not recycling containers please) around the property. Pets should not be left alone in enclosed vehicles or left unattended in the stable areas where their barking may interrupt horses and riders nearby.
Meals
Meals are to be paid with your entry and are only for the rider/person who paid for it. Please inform your guests, grooms, family members, etc. that they are to bring their own food unless food tickets are available for this event and must be pre-purchased by the closing date. Food/meals cannot be purchased after the closing date.
Helmets
All riders must wear an ASTM-certified helmet with the chin strap buckled/snapped when mounted whether on or off the grounds – no exceptions.
Smoking
GMHA is a non-smoking facility. You may smoke/vape inside your vehicle or off-grounds only.
Refunds
Refunds, less a processing fee, will be granted when requested in writing (or emailed) by the closing date of September 12, 2024.
The processing fee is $30. We regret that we can’t issue refunds after the closing date. Our expenses are fixed at that point. Refunds of entry fees will not be given in the event all, or part of the rides, are cancelled due to a storm, accident, or other emergency. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the event.
