We invite you to register for the Ride anytime between April 17 and May 17, 2023. Late registrations will be accepted at management’s discretion with a $25 fee. Everyone must pre-register, there will be no day of registration. Meals can not be guaranteed after the closing date, May 17. Forms are accepted by mail, fax, email, online or in-person. You must fill out the form to enter. Entry form, payments, coggins/rabies and signed waiver must be submitted before arriving.

Riders under the age of 21 qualify for a substantial discount – 50% of the member’s rate – whether or not they are members. All juniors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult while on trail.
Children & Pets
Non riding family are always welcome at GMHA. Minors must have supervision while you are riding. Dogs are not allowed on the trails. Pets must be leashed or otherwise confined for the safety and courtesy of everyone.
All riders must wear an ASTM-certified helmet when mounted whether on or off the grounds – no exceptions.
GMHA is a non-smoking facility.
Refunds, less a processing fee, will be granted when requested in writing (or emailed) by May 17, 4pm.
The processing fee is $25. We regret that we can’t issue refunds after the closing date. Our expenses are fixed at that point. Refunds of entry fees will not be given in the event all or part of the rides are cancelled due to a storm, accident, or other emergency. Refunds will be issued the week after the event.
