SUMMARY:Junior Horsemanship Clinic
DESCRIPTION:The 70th annual Junior Horsemanship Clinic is a premier Eventing & Horsemanship clinic in the northeast for youth riders ages 9-18\, but we encourage all English riding disciplines to attend. Riders bring their own horses or ponies to camp and receive two quality mounted lessons and two unmounted lessons every day. Riders will school all three phases of Eventing: dressage\, cross-country\, and show jumping. Our professional staff and extensive facility make this an amazing opportunity! \nOur facility includes: \n\nFour all-weather riding arenas with premium geotextile footing.\nProfessionally designed cross-country courses offering fences at the Elementary\, Starter\, Beginner Novice\, Novice\, Training\, Preliminary and Intermediate levels.\nSix permanent barns with stabling up to 196 horses.\nYouth Center facility for unmounted gatherings\, catered events\, and educational clinics.\n\nGMHA has a rich history in Eventing having hosted horse trials for over 50 years! \nA special thank you to Epic Food Truck / Mike Hammond\, The Lazy Cow Ice Cream Truck\, and Equi-Prep / Jamie Gornall for sponsoring our 2025 JHC t-shirts!  T-shirt design by Chloe Nolan\, Head Instructor \nImportant Information: \nCamper applications will be accepted January 2nd through April 17th. “Early Bird” applications are due by February 1st to take advantage of the $30 discount. \nApplications accepted starting January 2nd!\nEnter online\, email to jill@gmhainc.org\, or mail applications to: \nGMHA – JHC ♦ P.O.
