2-Day 50-Mile CTR&D with Single Day 25’s & Pleasure Ride Schedule

Friday :

1:00pm – CTR Competitors start arriving and setting up, check in at the Member’s Room

4:00pm – Vetting begins – White Ring. Any Saturday 15-milers who are on grounds may vet in.

6:00pm – Vetting concludes

6:15pm- Pre-ride briefing on Youth Center lawn

Saturday:

5:30am – Breakfast available in the Youth Center

6:30am – Start of the first day 25. Drivers start first, 5 minute break before riders start.

7:00am- Vetting begins for 15-mile CDR&D in the White Ring. Choose your start time at vetting.

8:15am – 20-Minute Hold opens on Densmore Hill Road, Hartland. Riders will come into the hold at 10.3 miles.

8:30am – Ride briefing for 15 Mile CDR&D, Youth Center

9:00am- Start of the CDR&D at the White Ring. Drivers start first with a break before riders. No hold for the CDR.

9:15am  – Approx. hold closing time

9:30am  – Pleasure Ride Briefing, riders may ride out anytime before 10am

10:55am – Competitors begin returning to GMHA

11:15am  – P&Rs and vetting begin. 2-Day horses will have a safety check. Single-Day horses will be vetted out for final placings.

12:00noon  – Lunch is available in the Youth Center for volunteers & competitors.

2:00pm  – Lunch closes. Approx. time of awards.

2:30pm-3:30pm- Vetting for single day Sunday horses (25 milers and any 15 milers who are on grounds). If you cannot make it to this vetting, we will take more horses after 6pm, please see Hannah

8:15am – 20-Minute Hold opens on Town Hill Road, Reading. Drivers come into the hold at   8.4 miles .Riders will come into the hold at 12.25 miles.

8:30am – Ride briefing for 15 Mile CDR&D, Youth Center

9:00am- Start of the CDR&D at the White Ring. Drivers start first with a break before riders. No hold for the CDR.

9:15am – Approx. hold closing time

9:30am –  Pleasure Ride Briefing

10:55am  – Competitors begin returning to GMHA

11:15am  – P&Rs and vetting begin. All horses will be vetted out for final placings.

12:00noon –  Lunch is available in the Youth Center for volunteers & competitors.

2:30pm –  Lunch closes. Approx. time of awards.
